Which Dyson products do you buy?

Right across the range — cordless and robot vacuums, hair care (Supersonic, Airwrap, straighteners), fans and purifiers, headphones, lamps and Airblade hand dryers. Pick your product on the form and choose the closest model.

How accurate is the instant offer?

It's the real offer, based on the model and condition you select. As long as the item matches what you described, that's what you'll be paid.

Do you buy faulty or damaged items?

Yes. Weak or dead battery, motor faults, broken parts, cracks, deep scratches or paint damage — choose "Faulty" or "Poor" and we still make an offer. Just tell us what's wrong and add a photo.

How do you decide the price?

The offer is based on the model and its condition. A genuine battery, and whether a vacuum/robot/fan comes from a pet-free, smoke-free home, can affect it too — because contamination means a much deeper clean.

How does collection work?

Once you accept, we arrange a free courier collection — Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DPD — from your door on the day you choose. No trip to the Post Office and no queues. The address doesn't have to be your home either — pick wherever's easiest, whether that's your workplace, a family member's or a friend's.

How should I package it?

Pop it in a box and pad it out so it travels safely — cut-up cardboard, bubble wrap, scrunched newspaper, or any packaging you have. Reusing an old box is perfect.

What if I miss the collection?

No problem — Royal Mail will usually try again the next working day. If that doesn't suit, just message us on the live chat and we'll rearrange your collection for a day that works.

Do I need the original box?

No — any sturdy box is fine. If you do still have the original packaging and accessories, mention it, as it can be worth a little more on some items.

When and how do I get paid?

By bank transfer, the same day we receive and check your item. You enter your bank details when you book, so there's nothing else to do.

What if my item doesn't match what I described?

We check every item when it arrives before paying. If something turns up that wasn't mentioned, we'll contact you to agree a revised offer first — we never quietly change the price, and you can always ask for it back.

Can I change or cancel?

Yes — if you change your mind before collection, just let us know via the live chat and we'll cancel it, no problem.

Are you connected to Dyson?

No — we're an independent UK buyer of used Dyson products. "Dyson" is a trademark of its owner; we use it only to describe the products we buy.
