Pick what you're selling, choose the model and the condition, and add a few photos. You'll see a firm price straight away — no waiting for an email, no callback, no haggling. The figure on screen is the offer.
2. Accept & book your collection
Happy with it? Accept the offer, pop in your address, and pick a collection day that suits you. Tell us where to send the money and that's the hard part done — it takes about a minute.
3. Free doorstep collection
Royal Mail collects from your door on your chosen day — there's no cost to you and no trip to the Post Office. Just box it up and pad it out so it travels safely: cut-up cardboard, bubble wrap, scrunched newspaper or any old packaging all do the job. Reusing an old box is perfect.
4. Get paid the same day
Once it arrives and we've checked it matches what you described, your payment goes out by bank transfer the same day. We'll text you to confirm.
The price we quote is the price you get
As long as your item matches what you described, the offer doesn't change. We only ever adjust if something turns up that wasn't mentioned — and if that happens, we'll talk to you first; we'll never quietly knock the price down.
