The terms that apply when you sell an item to WeBuyDyson.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use webuydyson.co.uk to sell a Dyson product to WeBuyDyson ("we", "us"). By accepting an offer you agree to them.

2. Our offer

The price shown is an offer to buy your item based on the model, condition and details you provide. It is subject to us inspecting the item and confirming it matches your description.

3. Your responsibilities

You own the item, or are authorised to sell it, and it is not subject to any finance, loan or report as lost or stolen.
The description and photos you provide are honest and accurate.
You remove any personal data and, where relevant, reset or unlink any connected device before sending it.

4. Collection

When you accept an offer we arrange a free Royal Mail collection on your chosen day. Please package the item securely; we're not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging in transit.

5. Inspection & final price

When your item arrives we check it against your description. If it matches, we pay the agreed price. If it differs (for example, an undisclosed fault or damage), we'll contact you with a revised offer which you can accept, or decline and have the item returned to you. Return postage is payable by you.

6. Payment

Once your item is received and checked, we pay by bank transfer to the account you provided, usually the same day. Ownership of the item passes to us on payment.

7. Items we can't accept

We may decline items that are counterfeit, unsafe, or that we reasonably believe to be stolen, and we may report suspected stolen goods to the relevant authorities.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel any time before collection by letting us know on the live chat.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our liability in connection with a sale is limited to the value of the item.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
